To achieve the purpose of screening through reasonable mesh matching, it is suitable for screening any dry material with a particle size of 0.074-2mm. The maximum feed size is greater than 10mm. The screen frame is available in both wooden and iron structures, with up to 6 layers.

In addition to the standard linear screen models, other models such as 1030, 1035, 1040, 1235, 1236, 1240, 1530, 1535, 1540, and 1860 are also available. Since the linear vibrating screen is a non-standard model, the parameter table is not provided here. Special models and specifications of linear vibrating screens can be designed according to user requirements.


Application of Linear Screen: The GC series linear vibrating screen applies the self-synchronizing vibration principle, using vibration motors as the vibration source, rubber springs as shock absorbers, and highly wear-resistant materials as screen plates. Advanced technologies such as eccentric compression sealing ensure long service life, low noise, and high screening efficiency. The ZS series linear light vibrating screen is suitable for screening sintered ore, natural ore, coke, and other powdered or granular materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, and other industries.

3. Screening Effect Advantage: Using a wooden screen frame does not affect the characteristics of the material and does not compromise material quality during the screening process. Due to the properties of some materials, using an iron frame may affect material characteristics.

The linear vibrating screen/linear screening machine uses two vibration motors as the vibration source. When the two motors rotate relative to each other, the eccentric blocks at both ends generate the rated excitation force. The lateral excitation forces cancel each other out, while the longitudinal excitation force is transmitted to the entire screen surface through the vibration transmission body. This causes the material on the screen surface to jump toward the discharge port under the excitation force. Material smaller than the screen mesh falls through to the lower layer and is discharged after continuous jumping, completing the material grading process.

2. Screen Frame: Made of pine wood or wood with minimal deformation, it is mainly used to keep the screen mesh flat for normal screening.
